Have you got a favourite Game?

Fallout 3, a post-nuclear blast experience, got a rare rating of 9.5 by NZ PCWorld recently. Has anyone tried it? Have you got one which you think might be better? Or one you would like to play one with a local player?

My favourite game is WARHAMMER 40,000 Millenium: Dawn of War: SoulStorm. I don't know if it is rated better than Fallout 3 but it is my fovourite game.

It is a strategy war game and can be played as nine different races.

Might have to show it at the club one time or create a video of screen. Gives us oldies a better idea what gaming is about now.

You would no doubt enjoy WARHAMMER Online: Age of Reckoning which got an 8.5 score in the PCWorld review Nov 2008. right up with the top games.

Incidently did you know WARHAMMER 40,000's fantasy setting was developed by Games Workshop of Lord of the Rings fame

Marcel's idea is worth some thought. How about it, Andrew - or anyone else!

NZ had entries in the recent Global Game Jam and did well globalgamejam.org/Game_browser

No I didn't know that it was developed by them.

I may well do that and you "oldies" would probably know more about gaming than I would anyway.
