Browser Security.

The April 2009 edition of PCWorld reports the results of testing the 5 main browsers. They apply only to the versions quoted. All are free.
1st Microsoft Internet Explorer ver 8 beta 2 The most secure But... the most frequently attacked and the only one to support vulnerable ActiveX.
2nd Firefox ver 3.12 Is being attacked more often as it becomes more popular but is fairly secure
Distant 3rd Safari 3.2.1 for the Mac
4th Opera 9.63 Lacks some security features but otherwise under-rated.
5th Google Chrome 1.0 .Deficient in several areas. New versions may be better.
Read much more in the Magazine and it may appear on the website. Stick with either IE or Firefox, update regularly and surf safely. More on the latter in the future.
