The neglected Right mouse button
We all know that the Left mouse button makes things happen. It may take one or two clicks and Microsoft provides several games to let you practice clicking. Clicking the Right button has only one result, a menu. L clicking those items on the menu with a R pointing triangle produces another menu. If there is no triangle, L clicking actions the item. Try it on an unoccupied part of the Desktop

Another tip
To increase the size of your Browser's text hold the Ctrl key down and click the + key (big jumps) or turn the mouse wheel (small jumps)
